  I rang for pickup gluten free pizza. First the guy can hardly speak English and doesn't know what a gluten free base is, finally got my order across go in and pick it up and they say it that the pizza got stuck to the pan and we have to make a new one. I said no I want a refund There's about ten of them standing around doing nothing absolutely useless.

  My first (and most likely last) visit to Crust in Upper Coomera was extremely disappointing. I am a massive crust lover (after being to a previous Crust in Grange who actually give you your money's worth and are good quality, I would happily spend my money there) although tonight was a big disappointment at Upper Coomera.
  
  The music was so loud that I had to raise my voice to place my order, I then waited outside due to the noise and small space and then the staff didn't even come outside to let me know my pizza was ready (I am not psychic, sorry), so therefore it wasn't even hot anymore, as well as the 'extras' I paid for barely existed.
  
  Safe to say I am never going there again, unless the staff at Upper Coomera get their act together and actually give you good customer service and good consistent quality pizzas.
