  Half the staff clearly don't want to be there, to the point where they don't care if they get the order correct or not.
  Took 20 minutes for them to try (3 times) to get our order right.
  At least 2 other people (who had been through drive through) came in to get their order corrected.
  Worst Hungry Jack's I have ever been to.

  There Would be no star if I was able to rate it that low. Place is that un organised hole that have you wait 15 mins for food that is soggy when you get it and then they still forget the hashbrowns and when you take that food back for being so bad snd to get a refund they don't give you back the correct amount of money. then forget to put chips in the bag and how can you have no sauce at all and broken shake machine. They seem to have hired broken staff to fit right in this place is so bad it's beyond a joke. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL COSTS

  I always try hard to avoid Coomera Grand. They always have their ice cream machine broken or the frozen drink machine. The amount of times after school i have been through the drive through, been told the machines broken, then had to wait in line to get out with nothing. Poorly run although today i did enjoy my whopper with cheese burger.
